Laura qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher with the International Institute for Holistic Treatments and Vibration Healing (www.IIHTVH.com) in October 2011. She was accepted as a full member of the IIHTVH after completing all of the workshops in person with Anna Mandala including the two/day IIHTVH Teacher Training Programme. This now qualifies her to teach Reiki for the IIHTVH.

Her introduction to Reiki began in 2004 when she received her first Reiki treatment. It was an experience she would never forget. Thereafter Laura became fascinated and eager to find out more about this technique which made her feel so relaxed and calm. It was not until 2007 whilst working in the Middle East that the opportunity to study Reiki Level 1 came about. She spent the first year practising on family, friends and repeat clients. In addition she regularly treated herself to heal emotional wounds and bring about a sense of peace. Laura combines Reiki with other holistic treatments to fully benefit her clients, help them relax and promote good physical and mental health balancing their well-being.

Laura is proud to say that Reiki has become part of her everyday life.

Laura qualified with an HND (Higher National Diploma) in Beauty Therapy in 2004. She has worked as a Spa Therapist and Trainer for luxury five-star hotel Spa resorts. Laura has been trained by the world's best Spa product houses where she learned advanced treatment techniques giving her the knowledge and skills to become a successful, sought after, Spa Therapist.

Laura lectured at City of Glasgow College and now currently lectures part time at South Thames College in London where she now lives.

She now feels equipped with the necessary experience and knowledge to begin another journey by committing herself to teaching other people how they can make positive changes in their life and help others by using Reiki. Her philosophy is the world would be a more peaceful, balanced and harmonious place to live in if we were all able to work together spreading the love of Reiki.

At the moment Laura is offering treatments based in a comfortable treatment room located within a popular yoga studio in the heart of Covent Garden.
